Shimla Juice Shop opens

In the trade market of Perinthalmanna, Kerala, our founder's father opens a single juice shop with one promise: quality drinks, real hygiene, honest prices.

Avil Milk is born

What is the FOCO model?
FOCO — Franchise Owned, Company Operated. You invest in and own the outlet; Mouzy's team runs it end to end: staffing, training, inventory, quality and daily operations. You earn a share of revenue without managing the day-to-day.
What is Avil Milk?
Avil Milk is a beloved Kerala beverage made with mashed bananas, roasted aval (rice flakes), chilled milk and crunchy peanuts. Mouzy pioneered its retail format in 2001 at the Shimla Juice Shop, and today serves 60+ varieties of it.
Do I need food & beverage experience?
No. Because Mouzy operates your outlet under the FOCO model, no F&B experience is required. Mouzy handles recruitment, training, supply chain and quality control — you bring the investment and local partnership.
What returns can I expect?
